This piece is from a project where we were instructed to make a garment out of recycled materials. When I received this assignment, I went to salvation army not knowing exactly what I wanted to make. In the store, I spotted a kids metallic puffer jacket and knew that I needed to use it. From there, I decided to use colorful kids winter clothing as my materials.
